Used 1970's Vega V.I.P. 5-String Banjo w/New Tailpiece & Liften Case

Vega V.I.P Rare 5 String Banjo made by C.F. Martin in the mid-1970's in Nazareth, PA. It is in excellent condition, has a Grover 5th String capo, fantastic grained walnut stained Maple Resonator and Neck, and beautiful Pearl inlays on fingerboard and headstock. New See-through head and recently replaced bridge. It has excellent sound, and features Vega's signature Tubaphone tone ring. Includes Lifton Case made for a Gibson Banjo. Has the C.F. Martin decal on the back of the headstock. Its serial number, 1296, places it construction somewhere around 1974-75.
